           Best time to start your journey from muscat to salalah is late night between 1 am to 4 am. Because you can beat high desert temperatures from muscat to salalah. Once you cross Haima Town by early 9 am to 10 am, you can feel relax from desert high temperatures. 
  
      From haima to salalah you will notice drop in temperatures. Normal speed of 120 kms with breaks at various places between, you can reach salalah by 3 pm, depending upon your journey start time.

     Try to keep yourself hydrate throughout journey, which can help you beat stress and keeps you relax while driving.
